At CEFYD - an initiative by KRIYA Whiz, we prepare young minds to think critically, communicate with confidence, and engage with the world's most pressing challenges through Model United Nations (MUN) and diplomacy education. As India's premier academy for Model United Nations and Diplomacy, we deliver immersive online and offline programs that develop leadership, negotiation, public speaking, and global awareness. We also partner with schools across India to provide MUN training, faculty development, and consulting for establishing and strengthening Model United Nations programs. Together, we are building a community of future leaders and global citizens equipped to create meaningful impact.

Advanced Delegate Mastery
Designed for experienced delegates seeking to elevate their committee performance. Learn advanced diplomacy, strategic negotiation, coalition building, crisis committee strategies, persuasive speaking, and award winning approaches through intensive simulations.
Recommended for: Students with prior MUN experience of at least 4 participations
Junior MUN Explorer
An engaging introduction to diplomacy for young learners. Through interactive activities, games, and simulations, students discover countries, cultures, the United Nations, teamwork, respectful communication, negotiation, and collaborative problem solving in an age appropriate environment.
Recommended for: Grades 4 to 6

Mock MUN Simulations
Experience the excitement and challenge of a real Model United Nations conference in a guided learning environment. Our Mock MUNs recreate authentic committee proceedings, enabling participants to apply their knowledge, strengthen their diplomatic skills, and gain confidence before attending competitive conferences.
Each simulation provides hands on experience in research, formal debate, negotiation, drafting resolutions, caucusing, and committee procedures, followed by structured feedback to help every delegate improve.

Aniruddha Joshi is the Founder and Director of CEFYD, bringing nearly two decades of experience in corporate leadership, consulting, training, and education. He has also co-founded and led organizations such as Mindsport Astra and KRIYA Whiz, delivering impactful learning experiences in leadership, communication, critical thinking, and personal development.
With a deep interest in the United Nations, geopolitics, international relations, and diplomacy, Aniruddha is passionate about equipping students with the knowledge, perspective, and practical skills to excel in Model United Nations and become confident, responsible global citizens. His expertise in leadership, stakeholder management, communication, strategic thinking, and experiential learning enables him to create engaging and transformative learning experiences for students and schools across India.
